These Terms govern your use of Block Peak: Block Puzzle (the "Game"), provided by NextFly and distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play. By installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms.
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as allowed by law.
- Don't cheat, exploit, or interfere with the Game, its ads, or other users' experience.
- Don't use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
Ads
The Game is free and supported by ads. A rewarded ad is always optional (you choose to watch it to continue after game over). Occasional interstitial ads may appear between sessions. Ads are handled per our Privacy Policy.
Purchases & refunds
The Game may offer optional purchases, such as a one-time “Remove Ads”. In the app, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; where a purchase is offered on our website, it is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Digital content is delivered immediately and is generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by the app store or applicable law. Online leaderboard, sign-in & conduct
The Game offers an optional online leaderboard and optional cloud save (after you sign in with Apple or Google). When you use the leaderboard, choose a nickname that is not offensive, impersonating, or unlawful — we may remove, reset, or refuse any entry or nickname, and may suspend access for abuse or attempts to submit false scores. These online features are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Intellectual property
The Game, its design, code, audio, and the "Block Peak" name and logo are owned by NextFly and protected by law. The Game is an original work.
No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextFly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
Apple App Store
If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and NextFly only, not Apple. NextFly — not Apple — is solely responsible for the Game and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
- Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or losses relating to the Game (including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or consumer-protection claims), or for any third-party intellectual-property claim; any eligible refund is handled by Apple.
- You represent that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-parties list, and you will comply with applicable third-party (e.g. carrier/app store) terms.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes & termination
We may update the Game or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
