Block Peak

Refund Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases in Block Peak: Block Puzzle, provided by NextFly. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Who processes your payment

In the mobile app, purchases (such as the one-time “Remove Ads”) are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms; refunds for those purchases are requested from and handled by the relevant app store. Where a purchase is offered on our website, it is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller; Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.

Digital content

Our purchases unlock digital content or features (for example, removing ads) that are delivered immediately. Because the benefit is granted right away, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once delivered, except where a refund is required by the app store's policy or by applicable law.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU / UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another region with a statutory “cooling-off” period, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By buying and immediately using digital content you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose that right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Where the law does not allow this waiver, your statutory rights are unaffected.

When we will refund

Regardless of the above, we will review and, where appropriate, arrange a refund in cases such as:
