Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NextFly ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Block Peak: Block Puzzle (the "Game"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By using the Game you agree to this policy.
Summary
- No account is required to play. We don't ask for your name, email, or phone number to play the Game.
- Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device.
- An optional online leaderboard lets you post a score under a nickname you choose (never your real name unless you type it).
- Optional sign-in (Apple or Google) enables cross-device cloud save only — it is off unless you choose it.
- We use analytics and crash reporting to improve the Game — you can turn this off in Settings → "Share analytics".
- The Game shows ads (a voluntary rewarded ad and occasional interstitials). Ads use a mobile advertising identifier.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Information we collect
1. Data stored only on your device (not sent to us): game state, scores, statistics, streaks, achievements, and your settings.
2. Analytics & crash diagnostics (Google Firebase) — optional: when enabled (default on; toggle in Settings), we collect anonymous usage events (e.g. game start/over, line clears), approximate (coarse, IP-based) region, device model / OS / language, app-instance and similar identifiers, and crash logs / diagnostics. This contains no personal identity and is used only to fix bugs and improve gameplay. Turning off "Share analytics" stops this collection.
3. Advertising (Appodeal mediation): the Game shows a voluntary rewarded ad (to continue after game over) and occasional interstitial ads between sessions, served through Appodeal (Appodeal Inc.), an ad mediation platform that works with multiple advertising partners (including BidMachine, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Liftoff/Vungle and Mintegral). These ad SDKs may collect a mobile advertising identifier, IP-derived approximate location (country/region level), and limited device/ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads. In the EEA/UK we show an IAB TCF consent form: with consent, ads may be personalized; without consent, ads are non-personalized. Residents of some US states can opt out of data sharing the same way. 4. Online leaderboard & cloud save (optional): these features are off until you choose to use them. If you opt in, the Game sends to our own server (api.blockpeak.io, operated by NextFly): for the leaderboard — a nickname you choose, your score, and a random app-generated player id (not your real identity); for cloud save (after you sign in with Apple or Google) — your game progress and your account display name, so you can restore it on another device. You can play the entire Game without these.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or payment information. The optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is processed entirely by Apple / Google in the app; where a purchase is offered on our website, it is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record), which receives only the billing details needed to complete and tax the transaction under its privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
How information is used
- To run and improve the Game and fix crashes.
- To show and measure ads (our only source of revenue).
- We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share with (service providers)
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — processes the analytics/crash data above. See Firebase privacy and Google Privacy Policy.
- Appodeal (ad mediation) and its advertising partners — serve ads and may use the advertising identifier and IP-derived approximate location. See the Appodeal privacy policy.
- Google AdMob — used for advertising in app versions 1.0.13 and earlier; those versions may still use the advertising identifier. See how Google uses data.
- Our leaderboard / cloud-save server (api.blockpeak.io, operated by NextFly) — stores the optional online leaderboard and cloud-save data described above.
- Apple and Google — distribute the Game through the App Store / Google Play and, if you choose to sign in, provide that sign-in. See Apple Privacy and Google Privacy.
Your choices & rights
- Analytics/crash: turn off "Share analytics" in Settings.
- Ad consent (EEA/UK): Settings → "Privacy choices".
- Advertising identifier: reset or limit it in your device's OS settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may request access to or deletion of data we hold. Email us and we will act on valid requests.
Data retention & deletion
On-device data is removed when you delete the Game. To request deletion of any analytics/diagnostics data, or of your leaderboard entry or cloud-save profile, email support@blockpeak.io and we will act on valid requests.
Children
The Game is rated for general audiences (4+) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected in the Game's store listing.
